I’m a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern working toward full licensure, with over five years of experience in both residential and outpatient treatment settings. I work with teens, young adults, and adults, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, anger management, and self-esteem. When we work together, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I draw from approaches such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based treatment, and trauma-informed care, but what matters most is finding what feels helpful and comfortable for you. My background in high-stress environments where mental health and the legal system overlap has given me a unique perspective on supporting clients who feel overwhelmed or under pressure. I’m passionate about helping people grow, heal, and discover new strengths, and I look forward to working with you.
